Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery, in compliance with UK and EU consumer law (Right of Withdrawal).

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Items showing wear, odours, washing, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Exclusions

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. underwear, swimwear, earrings) are non-returnable.

  • Final sale or clearance products may not be eligible for return.

Procedure

  1. Contact us at iconoutlet.europe@gmail.com to request a Return Form.

  2. Complete one form per product.

  3. Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions. (Our warehouse is located in São Paulo, Brazil.)

  4. Send the product securely packaged with a tracked courier.

Costs & Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for lost return parcels.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
